Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to all orders placed on Rondo Art. By placing an order you agree to them.

Products

Every Rondo Art print is made to order for you. Colours may look slightly different on your screen than in print, and natural wood frames can vary in grain and tone.

Orders and contract

Your order is a binding offer. The contract is concluded when we confirm your order by email.

Prices and payment

All prices include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout.

Cancellation

You can cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it by writing to support@rondo.art, and we will refund you in full. After that, your order goes into production and can no longer be cancelled, but you can still return it as described below.

Right of withdrawal

If you live in the EU or UK, you can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving it without giving a reason. Use our withdrawal form (also linked as “Withdraw from contract here” in the footer of every page) or write to support@rondo.art. We confirm your withdrawal by email and tell you how to return the items. Please send them back within 14 days of withdrawing.

You pay the cost of returning the items. We refund the price of the items and the original standard shipping cost within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal, using your original payment method. We may wait until the items are back with us or you have sent proof of return. If an item has been handled beyond what is needed to inspect it (for example hung, marked or damaged), we may deduct the loss in value from your refund.

Returns

You can request a return within 14 days of delivery by writing to support@rondo.art. Items must be unopened and undamaged, in their original packaging. Return shipping is paid by you, original shipping costs are non-refundable, and a 30% restocking fee is deducted from the refund. We refund you within 14 days of receiving and checking the items.

Defects and complaints

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 14 days with a photo and we will replace it or refund you.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia. This does not take away any rights you have as a consumer under the law of the country you live in.
